About Us
We are registered professionals offering psychosocial and psychometric services
Our Story
The practice was established in 2022 with the aim of providing professional psychosocial support to individuals, couples, and families navigating various life challenges.
In addition to counselling services, the practice offers employee health, wellness, and psychometric services designed to identify cognitive abilities, support the mental health and well-being of employees in the workplace, children in school and individuals in need of some career guidance.
We are affiliated with several Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers, through which we deliver psychosocial support, case management, and comprehensive clinical progress reporting. Moreover, with our registration with the Professional Boards for Psychology we are able to offer psychometric testing where necessary, scoring and provide comprehensive interpretation of the assessment results.
Our services are guided by ethical practice, confidentiality, and a commitment to improving individual, educational, and organizational well-being.
Kgomotso Caroline Sebeela
General Counsellor, BSocSci Hons
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this journey alone. I am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor who offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal.
My work is grounded in wellness, trauma-informed care, employee wellness, psychosocial support and addiction management, with a strong focus on helping clients regain balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. I provide both in-person and online therapy, offering accessible counselling services to clients across South Africa.
I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support and guidance. My approach is person-centred and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
"Seeking help is a sign of strength and an important step toward personal growth and healing."
Elizabeth Mathibe
Independent Practice (HPCSA)
I am a qualified Psychometrist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) under Independent Practice. I specialize in administering educational, IQ, career and cognitive assessments; and I have extensive experience assessing people young and old.
I score tests myself, write comprehensive reports based on my assessment findings and may recommend suitable remedial interventions.
My Services
To Parents
I can assist parent(s) suspecting that their child has been struggling to learn or underperforming at school, and who are struggling to identify the cognitive difficulties at play here and looking for recommendations on possible interventions to remedy their children’s academic difficulties.
To Individuals
I can assist individuals who are struggling to identify a career path which may be in line with their skills, interests and personality.
To Psychologists
I can assist Psychologists in need of a psychometrist to assist with educational, or medicolegal assessments for both children and adults and to find out how their cognition may have been impacted by their involvement in a motor accident, substance abuse or just psychological distress.
